| general terms | ♡ i have the right to reject any orders for any reason |
| payment | ♡ preferably USD and through paypal |
| ♡ commissions can be paid 100% upfront after i sent the sketch or 50% upfront, 50% during sketch | |
| ♡ do not send me any payment before i accept your order. a full refund will be made if you did | |
| process and delivery | ♡ since i am a full-time student, your commissions might take a week or two depending on how tight my schedule is. |
| revisions | ♡ will be discussed during the sketch process only |
| ♡ a maximum of 5 changes only can be made | |
| ♡ any last-minute changes will be charged depending on the complexity of the change | |
| copyright and usage | ♡ i reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason |
| ♡ i retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork | |
| ♡ i will not use your commissioned artwork for profit lest you break my tos | |
| ♡ i reserve the right to showcase the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio | |
| ♡ you may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social medias (icons, headers, posts, etc.) | |
| ♡ you may not claim the artwork as your own, reproduce / making money off it in any way / using it for your profits or alter my work without my consent | |
| cancellation and refund policy | ♡ the commissioner is not allowed a refund once i started working on the commission |
| ♡ if i neither am able to start on your order and haven't begun on it yet, you will receive a full refund | |
| ♡ unless i am unable to start on your order and have begun some few processes, you will get an 80% refund | |
| ♡ if the commissioner wishes to cancel the commission after the work is already in rendering process, refunds will not be made |
